Two weeks of review before anything runs alone
How we take an agent from last month’s data to working on its own, without surprises.

Nobody should trust an AI agent on day one. We don’t either. Every agent we build earns its independence in three steps, and you can see each one.
Shadow mode
First, the agent runs on last month’s real work: the tickets, invoices or leads your team already handled. We compare its output with what your people did, line by line, and fix the gaps before it touches anything live.
Human review
Then it goes live with a person approving every action, usually for one to two weeks. Approving takes one click. Editing teaches the agent what you meant.
Exceptions only
Once accuracy is above the bar we agreed in writing, approval moves to exceptions only. Routine work runs on its own, and anything unusual still comes to you.
The rules that never change
Nothing that moves money or contacts a customer runs alone without a review period.
Every action is logged and traced to your written policy.
Failures are fixed the same day.
