1. What we collect

When you contact us, we keep your name, work email, company and what you tell us. During an engagement we get access to the tools in scope, such as your helpdesk, CRM, inbox or books, and the records in them.

2. How we use it

We use your information to scope, build and run your agents, to write your monthly report and to reply to you. We never sell it, and we never use your data to train models for anyone else.

3. Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us do the work, under written agreements and only as much as each one needs.

• The AI model provider that runs your agents

• Hosting, database and logging providers

• Email delivery and payment processing

4. How long we keep it

We keep engagement data while we work together. When an engagement ends we hand back or delete it and remove our access within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Write to privacy@runtimeagents.com and we will reply within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and tell active clients at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
