Terms of service

1. How we work together

Each engagement has a signed master agreement and a statement of work for every agent: what it does, what it may not do, and what we report. If they differ from these terms, the signed documents apply.

2. Fees

• The build fee is invoiced at kickoff and refunded if your first agent is not live within 14 days, as defined in the statement of work.

• The monthly fee is billed in advance, with a three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.

• Model and API costs are included up to a cap agreed in writing, and passed through at cost above it.

3. Your data and tools

Your data stays yours. We access only what the statement of work needs, with the narrowest permissions that work, and you can revoke access at any time.

4. Decisions the agents make

Agents go through a review period before they act alone, and work within approval limits you set. Decisions you approve remain yours.

5. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

6. Ending the agreement

Either side can end an engagement after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice. We hand over documentation and remove our access when it ends.
