About the role
You’ll build agents inside our clients’ tools, run them every month and talk directly to the teams that use them. We hire for this role once we have three clients on retainer.
What you’ll do
Build agents with the Claude Agent SDK and our shared toolkit.
Connect them to tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack and QuickBooks.
Watch the logs, fix failures the same day and raise accuracy.
Join monthly reviews and pick the next workflow with each client.
What we look for
You have shipped something real with LLM APIs.
You are comfortable in TypeScript.
You can talk to a client without a script.
You like owning a system from the first call to the monthly report.
